A group of students, professors, artists, and other sundry and interesting individuals gather at a mysterious manor, having received permission to study one of the world's most extensive, private collections of ancient knowledge. Each is there for the pursuit of precious and vital information, but they soon discover the manor is a place where reality isn’t quite solid and the past slips through the cracks of time. As they uncover the mysteries of the archive they must resist its temptations lest they lose themselves.

Hartham Manor is a larp inspired by gothic romanticism and dark academia. Play will be centered around exploring relationships and the characters psyche in the context of a mysterious situation while the characters try to cling to who they are and those they love as the manor slowly corrupts them.
